Bordà de Set Rotes (MP) Fig Tree 1-2’

Description

Bordà de Set Rotes is a historic Balearic Islands fig variety originating from Mallorca, Spain, and is closely associated with the work and documentation of Montserrat Pons (often abbreviated MP in collector circles). This variety is part of the rich Mediterranean fig heritage preserved through traditional cultivation and vegetative propagation.

The name “Set Rotes” translates to “seven stripes,” referencing the fig’s distinctive striped (rimada-like) skin pattern, which makes it both visually striking and highly collectible.
