This is a seedling found near Pine Flat lake. It is growing in between a bunch of Capri Figs. This is the only edible fig in the bunch. It is very sweet with a taste of brown sugar and fig. Very seedy and juicy. Very vigorous growing. Does not require pollination. Rave reviews in NY in that it doesn’t split.
