De la Senyora “Hivernenca “

De la Senyora Hivernenca means winter fig in Spain. However, here it is mid season so far. It’s been in ground 3 years and there is nothing late about it or CDD Ciutat. The fig is fantastic, berry flavor and fairly sweet. I can eat a ton of these it’s just the right amount of sweetness. Such a must have for cold areas as well. Closed eye and ripens quickly. Does not require pollination.
