The Musa Double, or Mahoi, as it’s known in Hawaii, is a mutated version of the Dwarf Cavendish. What’s incredible about the Musa Double Banana is that its second generation and beyond will produce multiple branches of fruit. Typically, the Mahoi banana tree will grow two separate heads, although some rare cases may have three.
This highly-rated Cavendish fruit is very sweet to the taste. If you love bananas, this is undoubtedly a must-have for every Tiki Yard garden.
