I know many collectors waiting for this one. Well here it is. One of the most beautiful figs to date. The colors are phenomenal and I can see why it is a controlled variety in Algeria. The flavor is very unique as I get all kinds of different tastes. The pulp is sticky and dense. The skin is soft and the eye is closed. The fig is around 40 grams. Thank you to my Bay Area Algerian friend for this treasure. “Tavout Jabout”. Keep in mind this may be a Smyrna. It is new to me and not sure if anyone else has it. One crop. You will get the one dormant cuttings.
