Unknown Pastilliere, often abbreviated as UKN Pastilliere, is one of my absolute favorite fig varieties. Out of hundreds of varieties I’ve grown and tasted, this one consistently stands out for its unique flavor profile, outstanding fruit quality, and unforgettable eating experience.

This variety produces beautiful fruit with a rich berry flavor that is unlike most figs. The taste is dominated by notes of dark cherry and blackberry, creating a deep, complex flavor that lingers long after each bite.
