Description

Catalan  is a very rare and ancient fig. It was given the name because of the remote location that it was found in Catalan. It comes from Porquerolles island conservatory via the collection of the late Dr. Rivals. It is a big black fig with a very high brix. In fact, Ryan in Malaysia got a brix reading of 28!
